Reports -> Summarised report -> Confirmation of UID-no.

The field "name2" of the respective personal account will be printed, if the field "form of address" is empty and "form" as printoption is selected.

For example:
Field "form of address" is filled:

form of address: Company
surname: Schmidhuber EDV Software

or field "form of address" is empty:

surname: Schmidhuber EDV Software
name2: GesmbH
