From now on you are able to import data from a MS excel file to your selection fields of real accounts within the accounting software EuroFib for Windows.
Selection fields real accounts 1-6
- basic data (value + description)
- value for the corresponing selection field on your general ledger account (optional)
So it´s easy to realize a "group account mapping".
Example:
Group account = column A in MS excel
Group account description = column B in MS excel
Assignment to your general ledger account = column C in MS excel (optional)
Client number = column F in MS excel
You find this selection field management program (incl. import) in the accounting software under "Basic data => Accounts data => Selection fields".
