Administrator level.

• Configuration of logon options (Sarbanes-Oxley)
• Creation of group privileges at program, field, and cost center levels.
• Administration of users as well as of associated privileges at client, program, and field levels.
• Specification of standard settings, like colors and screen size, for each user.

User level. In addition, the individual user can deal individually with his own settings within the scope set by the administrator, adapting operation like colors, screen size, and various functionalities to his own needs.
