A new option has been added to the payment transactions feature in the EuroFib accounting software. You can now define for each of your bank accounts how the SEPA data carrier should behave with regard to the new IBAN name check by banks.
IBAN name check for SEPA format:
- empty (= default setting in EuroFib)
- active (the IBAN name check should be performed)
- Inactive (the IBAN name check should not be performed)
Please check with your bank whether the new option is mandatory in the data carrier. In this case, you must select Active or Inactive, as desired.
You can find this new option in the software under "Payments => Bank basic data => Bank accounts."
