The clearing in the accounting software has been extended with the following functions:
- right mouse button => Split allocation amount downwards
The allocation amount of the currently selected line will be distributed downwards to the following lines as long as this is possible.
- Selection of desired open item lines
Select the first line (left mouse button), then hold down the SHIFT key and click on the last line. All lines in between are marked with a green arrow icon. You can also mark individual open item lines by holding the CTRL key and clicking on the left mouse button. Once all desired open items have been selected, you can assign these open items with the right mouse button.
You find this extension in the software under "Posting => Post online" in the clearing mask.
