The EuroFib accounting software has been enhanced with the following feature:
You can now define a posting template (e.g., payment via PayPal, payment via credit card, etc.) with a document type and a clearing account. This posting template (no.) is included in the batch during invoice posting in the “hbu_x_zusbuch_zahlung” field. This allows EuroFib to immediately post, alongside the invoice, the reconciliation of that invoice to the customer against the defined clearing account for the payment method, including open item clearing.
This way, invoices paid immediately—for example, from an online store—can be automatically mapped via the interface through debitors. You can find the definition of the posting templates under “Basic data => Templates => Additional Payment Posting.”
