Sarbanes-Oxley

With the coming into force of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002, additional control directives apply for exchange listed enterprises and auditing firms to strengthen investors' trust in the securities market.

EuroFib supports implementation of these directives.

In the following areas, for example:

  • User administration: minimum password length, password expiration in days, change logging, programm and field locking at the user level, etc.

  •  Change protocols: master data impersonal accounts/debtors/creditors and user changes

  •  Purchase commitments: obtaining offers, ordering up to examination and classification of the purchase invoice

for one thing, EuroFib offers examination and for another, easier handling of changed requirements.
